A  Case  Report  of  Osteorthritis  and 

comparative  analysis  with  guidelines

Introduction  The  number  of  degenerative  arthritis  patients  continues  to  increase. 

Medication  should  be  combined  with  non-pharmaceutical  treatment  and 

long-term  and  planned  treatment.

Method  The  guidelines  for  the  treatment  of  degenerative  arthritis  medication  are 

reviewed and  compared with  the  cases  of  actual  patients with  chemotherapy.

Purpose  In  this  study,  we  will  examine  the  drug  treatment  guidelines  for 

degenerative  arthritis  and  examine  the  latest  trends  in  drug  treatment  for  the 

disease  and  identify  appropriate  guidance  in  administering  medication  guidance 

for  actual  patients.

Result  As  a  result  of  20  cases  analysis,  pain  management  was  mainly  focused 

and  medication guidance was  organized  accordingly.

Conclusion  In  the  case  of  degenerative  arthrosis  patients  who  visited  the 

pharmacy,  it  was  most  likely  to  long-term  pain  management  through  pain  killers. 

The  drugs  used  for  pain  management  were  largely  divided  into  three  groups: 

NSAIDs,  Tramadol,  and  duloxetine,  which  were  currently  included  in  the  drug 

treatment  guidelines  for  degenerative  arthritis.  Joins  ®  tended  to  be  used  as  an 

aid,  but  there  were  no  reports  of  the  previous  three  types  of  painkillers  and 

major  drug  interactions.  In  the  case  of  medication  guidance  for  degenerative 

arthritis,  it  is  designed  to  familiarize  yourself  with  pain  management  through 

painkillers  and  pain  control  groups,  and  it  is  necessary  to  collect  clinical  results 

for  auxiliary  drugs such  as  Joins  in the  future.
